A: First you must register on our web page. When you recieve your username and password on your e-mail, you register on our web site and press the button »Place ad« on left menu.

Q: I found a thing I would like to buy from your page, how do I do that?
A: Every ad has a contact telephone or email number and you can contact the owner by phone. We would like you to know that we do not take any responsibility for truthfulness and reality of ads and persons that placed those ads because Onbip.com is only advertiser that gives the first information about ting and not any kind of agent. Q: How long will be my ad on your web page?
A: Every ad is placed on our web page for 45 days(except promotional period time). After this period you can place another ad with same content if you want.

Q: I would like to place more than 100 ads on your website? How do I do that?
A: It is possible, of course. Just inform us to email: info@onbip.com and we will place all of ads instead of you. We offer multi import your listings to our website thru XML, RSS FEED or MS Excel files.

Q: Why doesn't Onbip.com offer phone support?
A: We don't offer phone support for many reasons :
- to keep costs and thus the end posting listings price affordable;
- it's too hard to keep track of phone messages over the time;
- emails allows us to focus on fixing problems instead of answering the phone;
- it is not easy to discuss tech things via phone, with email we can provide far more beneficial answers that would be hard to "show" on a phone;
- the internet is not made in one time zone or place.
The HelpDesk we provide is an effective way of communication with our customers.
